How leasing works
Rent, CUSA, deposit, term
Base rent per square metre plus CUSA, both excluding VAT. Three months' deposit and two months' advance on signing. Units lease for 3 to 5 years with 5 percent yearly escalation; kiosks for 1 year. Fit-out is rent-free.
